Each time you visit our website, our system automatically collects data from the system of the calling end device and stores it in so-called log files. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to allow the delivery of the website to the end device of the user. The following data is collected in this process: Browser type and its version, operating system, website from which the user was led to our website, Internet service provider, date & time of the server request, IP address.

Duration of Storage

The collected data is deleted as soon as the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of data in log files, it will be after sixty days at the latest.

On our website, we offer various forms that can be used for contact by email. If a user takes advantage of this option to receive information on technologies, events or similar, the personal data entered in the entry mask is transmitted to us and stored. A transfer to a so-called third country outside the EU only takes place if your request concerns our branch office in Switzerland; however, in terms of data protection law, the overall responsibility is in Germany. Furthermore, there is an adequacy decision of the European Union for Switzerland, which certifies that Switzerland has a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU. As a result, personal data may also be transferred to Switzerland without special safeguards that go beyond the usual level.

Objection

The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. An informal communication by email with the subject "Objection" to info@sms-vt.com is sufficient. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted.

In the chapter 'News' of our website, you have the opportunity to receive news from our company at regular intervals free of charge. When you register, the data from the entry mask, in this case your email address, is transmitted to us so that we can send you information.
During registration, the IP address of the calling end device is collected along with the date and time.

If external service providers are commissioned for processing, they are bound to our instructions and are regularly monitored. The service providers act as processors according to Art. 28 DSGVO and are contractually bound to treat your data confidentially.

5. Application

With reference to point 1 mentioned before, our website provides the opportunity to submit unsolicited or advertised applications for jobs at Buss-SMS-Canzler GmbH, either directly or via portals, using the aforementioned contact channels.

In order to make the application process easier and to ensure that applications are processed quickly and securely, we offer contact forms on our website in the chapter Career. The data from the entry mask, such as first name, last name, email address, telephone¬ number, job title if applicable, and application documents uploaded by the applicant, such as a letter of motivation, resume and certificates, are transmitted to us. In addition, the date and time of submission of the contact form are collected.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the service of Usercentrics GmbH for consent management on this website. The service provider Usercentrics GmbH acts as a processor according to Art. 28 DSGVO and is contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially. The purpose of this software used in the context of data processing is based on compliance with legal requirements as well as the storage of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO).

The data collected is personal data that is processed using the service. This includes opt-in and opt-out data, referrer URL, user settings, Consent ID, time of consent, consent type, banner language setting, among others.

2. reCAPTCHA - Automated public Turing test to distinguish computers from humans.

We use the service reCAPTCHA (www.google.com/recaptcha/about/), a product of Google Ireland Limited, to determine whether a person or a computer makes a certain entry in our contact form. Google checks whether you are a person or a computer using the following data: IP address of the end device used, the website you visit with us and on which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged into Google and mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas.

Our website integrates the YouTube video platform (www.youtube.com) from YouTube, LLC at correspondingly marked points to enable the playback of audio and video files.

The corresponding videos obtain your consent for the forwarding to YouTube before playing. Only with the granting of your consent, the embedded YouTube player establishes a connection to YouTube so that the video and audio files can be transmitted and played (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. A DSGVO). Purpose and legal basis

We use the service of Hupspot on our website. The service provider Hubspot acts as a processor according to Art. 28 DSGVO and is contractually obligated to treat your data confidentially. On our behalf, data is processed for the purposes of marketing, web analysis, statistics, analysis and optimization.
