Each time you visit our website, our system automatically collects data from the system of the calling end device and stores it in so-called log files. Duration of Storage

The collected data is deleted as soon as the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of data in log files, it will be after sixty days at the latest.

On our website, we offer various forms that can be used for contact by email. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via info@sms-vt.com. In this case, too, the user's personal data transmitted with the email will be stored.
The data will be used exclusively for the processing of the conversation.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his consent.

Recipients

Our website is supported by service providers who act as our processors in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.

Third country transfer

A transfer to a so-called third country outside the EU only takes place if your request concerns our branch office in Switzerland; however, in terms of data protection law, the overall responsibility is in Germany. Furthermore, there is an adequacy decision of the European Union for Switzerland, which certifies that Switzerland has a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU. As a result, personal data may also be transferred to Switzerland without special safeguards that go beyond the usual level.

Objection

The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. An informal communication by email with the subject "Objection" to info@sms-vt.com is sufficient. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted.

Request and distribution of information

In the chapter 'News' of our website, you have the opportunity to receive news from our company at regular intervals free of charge. When you register, the data from the entry mask, in this case your email address, is transmitted to us so that we can send you information.
During registration, the IP address of the calling end device is collected along with the date and time.

Recipients

Depending on the type of information requested, your inquiry will be processed internally at our company. If external service providers are commissioned for processing, they are bound to our instructions and are regularly monitored. The service providers act as processors according to Art. 28 DSGVO and are contractually bound to treat your data confidentially.

The user's data will be stored as long as the subscription to the news is active.

Objection and Termination

The subscription to the news can be cancelled by you at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by email with the subject "Unsubscribe" to info@sms-vt.com is sufficient. The mailing will not be continued, and all personal data stored in the course of the subscription will be deleted.

Our website provides the opportunity to submit unsolicited or advertised applications for jobs at Buss-SMS-Canzler GmbH, either directly or via portals, using the aforementioned contact channels.

In order to make the application process easier and to ensure that applications are processed quickly and securely, we offer contact forms on our website in the chapter Career.
