Our fabrication focuses on the manufacture of customized apparatus developed by Buss-SMS-Canzler professionals as well as the manufacture of special components requiring the application of state-of-the-art production technologies.

The manufacturing programme comprises products with specific requirements such as:

• Thin film evaporators

• Evaporators with short residence time

• Whitlock evaporators

• Thin film contact dryers

• Equipment for processing high viscosity products

The special components are often very sophisticated equipment demanding the highest of standards in production engineering, e.g.

• Exacting tolerances in respect to roundness and straightness

• Very accurate balancing of rotating components

• Special bearings

• High demands in respect of sealing

• High demands in respect of welding techniques

• Special mechanical machining processes
