Technical Milestones

Over the past years the following milestones have been achieved:

  • Design, engineering and manufacturing of five titanium-cladded thin film evaporators for concentration of residues from terephtalic acid plants. The units have been delivered to several clients in Asia mid of 2004 and 2005.
  • Design, engineering, manufacturing and start-up of three ROVACTORS (Segmented Disc Dryer) for drying terephtalic acid by separating acetic acid and water. The Start-up of these dryers took place in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, P.R. China mid of 2005. Each dryer with a net weight of 75 tons is designed for a capacity of 25 t/h terephtalic acid.
