Over the past years the following milestones have been achieved:
Design, engineering and manufacturing of five titanium-cladded thin film evaporators for concentration of residues from terephtalic acid plants. The units have been delivered to several clients in Asia mid of 2004 and 2005.
Design, engineering, manufacturing and start-up of three ROVACTORS (Segmented Disc Dryer) for drying terephtalic acid by separating acetic acid and water. The Start-up of these dryers took place in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, P.R. China mid of 2005. Each dryer with a net weight of 75 tons is designed for a capacity of 25 t/h terephtalic acid.
Design, engineering, delivery and start-up of two 2-stage-short-path-evaporation-systems for distillation of Omega-3-fatty-acid from fish oil. The first system in modular design was put into operation at the beginning of 2004. It had been completely assembled in Germany and was transported to Norway, while the second system was assembled at site in Norway and was commissioned at the end of 2004.
Pilot plant tests, design, construction, manufacturing and start-up of two industrial Reactotherms with drive- and discharge system for the Polymer Industry. One of the units is utilized as a polymerization reactor and the other one is applied for a combined mixing- and neutralization task.
Unit sizes: 2500 and 6300 litres
Delivery: 1999 and 2001
Start-up with product: 2000 und 2002
Pilot plant tests, design, engineering, manufacturing and start-up of one ROVACTOR for final drying of a polymer granule.
Inner diameter: 2,6 m
Shaft diameter: 360 mm
Net weight: approx. 100 tons
Flow rate: max. 30 t/h
Delivery: 1999
Start-up with product: 2000
Pilot plant tests, design, planning, manufacturing and start-up of a Filmtruder unit, comprising a Filmtruder and a drive- and discharge system for the degassing of a polymer melt with co-current vapour flow.
Design, planning, delivery and start-up of the process stages ?Biodiesel drying, methanol recovery, glycerine concentration/-distillation/-deodorization? for a plant in Eastern Germany producing Biodiesel from vegetable oils and fats. The delivery scope included all main components and detail engineering.
Start-up: 2002/2003
Design, engineering, manufacturing and start-up of five horizontal thin film dryers for MCUA in Sayreville, New Jersey. Each dryer was designed for an evaporation capacity of 3,8 t/h water from sewage sludge.
Delivery: 2003
Start-up: 2006
Design, engineering, delivery and start-up of one 3-stage-sterol-distillation system to Brazil, consisting of:
Design, engineering, delivery and start-up of the process stages ?Biodiesel drying, methanol recovery, glycerine concentration/-distillation/-deodorization/-mixing? for a plant in England producing Biodiesel and glycerine from vegetable oils and fats. The scope of delivery included the detail engineering and the supply of all key components.
Start-up: 2006
Design, engineering and delivery of a horizontal thin film dryer Type Contivac NDP for drying an intermediate pharmaceutical product. The horizontal thin film dryer is designed for continuous mode and will replace a system operated in batch mode.
