Buss-SMS-Canzler GmbH as engineering company on various process engineering fields and a closely connected fabrication of demanding core components stands out for its highly qualified employees in all areas of the company. The structure of the approx. 240 employees regarding their educational attainment is as follows:

The market in which Buss-SMS-Canzler operates since 1919 requires long-term planning and acting. The solutions we offer to our customers worldwide frequently require many years of experience and comprehensive know-how in our areas of expertise, in addition to a good qualification of each employee. Therefore we favour a personnel policy, which promotes a long-term commitment of our employees and provides for a know-how transfer to the next generation in due time. We are proud that due to our low staff fluctuation we occupy many employees with many years of staff membership so that it is not very rare that we celebrate 40 or 45 years of staff membership. In the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 we continuously expanded our headcount and created 45 new jobs. We therefore feel fit and convinced to cope with the very positive trend on our markets with a solid personnel basis. 

In our region we rank among the renowned employers, who cultivate a fair social partnership with their employees and the respective employee representations. Our employees appreciate in particular the good working atmosphere in our company.
